The only district in Dubai with ceilings, culture and a motorway on each side.

Scale you can't get in a tower

Warehouse shells with high ceilings, skylights and loading access. Room for a 400-cover food hall, a full gym floor or a flagship showroom, not a 60 sqm podium shop.

Between SZR and Al Khail

Al Quoz sits between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, minutes from Jumeirah, Downtown and Al Barsha. The catchment is the whole of central Dubai, not one community.

A creative zone, by decree

Dubai launched the Al Quoz Creative Zone to turn the district into an integrated creative hub. Alserkal Avenue proved the model. The six projects below are the next wave.
